This Limited Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is entered into by and between the participant ("Participant") and Lott Entertainment, LLC. ("Company"), a provider of entertainment services, events, and activities. By agreeing to this Waiver, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
Participant affirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of the event.

Assumption of Risk
Participant acknowledges that participation in activities, events, or services offered by the Company may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen hazards. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Lott Entertainment, LLC., its owners, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damages incurred as a result of participation in the Company's activities.

Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to Participant’s participation in any activity provided by the Company.

Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes Lott Entertainment, LLC. to obtain necessary medical treatment on Participant’s behalf and agrees to bear the cost of any medical expenses incurred.

Photography and Media Release
Participant grants Lott Entertainment, LLC. the right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, or other media featuring Participant for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Governing Law and Venue
This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.

Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment and Understanding
Participant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Waiver, and that they agree to its terms voluntarily without any inducement.
